The finish is moderately distressed, employing several techniques including hand padding, hand wiping, cow tailing, and dry brushing. Additionally, edges and carvings are hand wiped with dark glaze, creating hang-up and drawing attention to the physical distressing and carvings. The physical distressing is moderate and includes softened corners and edges, light peck marks, awl marks, and rasping on edges.
